The location is extraordinary, perfect for dining and entertainment!

The shower floor was slippery, a major safety concern. The noise insulation in the building left much to be desired, leading to a very loud night.

Our favourite, brand-new hotel in Morelia with amazingly helpful and excellent staff. Great location back down the mountain. Very close to the hill above Morelia, Michoacan and the historical centre😀

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, made a huge difference, especially for our elderly family members. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful city view that we thoroughly enjoyed. Having access to complimentary hot chocolate from the restaurant was a good touch.

Short drive from downtown Morelia. The service was really good, especially from Alba, who offered great recommendations. The room layout felt a bit cramped, and the shower design could use some improvements for convenience.

The hotel's location is a standout, right in the center of plaza Altozano. It's super convenient with restaurants, a cinema, and plenty of shops just a short walk away. The room I stayed in, the Beautiful Room City View 1 King, was spacious and clean. The view from my window was fantastic, giving great perspectives of the city. I appreciated the early check-in, made things easier for my elderly family members. The experience was less than perfect. The shower was slippery, made me worried about safety. There was quite a bit of noise coming from neighboring rooms, which disrupted our sleep. Despite the friendly service and nice view, these issues did affect our overall comfort.

Amazing place with its 24-hour reception, outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and in-room breakfast. On my first stay, the staff helped me find the route I needed. I'm definitely coming back for a romantic escape!
